What can I say about this family other than, they are absolutely wonderful to work with? James was so happy and incredibly easy to work with. And about mom, wasn't the first time I've captured this photogenic beauty. She sure makes me jealous! Here's a little sneak peak of the Skanchy family.

This litte guy happens to be my nephew and made his appearance while I was in town. Such a small little bean who looks a lot like his sisters and welcomed into a family full of love!

I was cleaning up the blog a bit and found this post that never made it to published form. Thought I would share it anyway. This one is mine, and yes I was taking my own photography pics the day after she was born.

Heaven help me, I love newborns in the hospital!

Maternity Book...

I just wanted to document my maternity book that I did for my last pregnancy. I had seen a few examples of maternity books floating around the wonderful web and decided I would mimic one of them, found here. When I did this, she didn't have a template for sale. She does now, hurray! If your at all computer savvy, I would recommend purchasing one, if not I could use my own set up and get one going for you.

This is such a great way to document a pregnancy, wish I had done something like this with my first two!

It isn't very often I meet a new baby in the hospital that isn't my own, but because  of certain circumstance on my part, I met this sweet baby only a day after she was welcomed into this world. I absolutely love hospital pictures, they are just so pure and innocent, which she definitely was

Welcome little Natalie, one of the best little babes I have worked with and so ridiculously cute! 3 weeks early and still such a big girl. Congrats guys, hope we get to see more of her.

Miss Nora D 6 Months... Lexington KY Child Photography

Once again I had the opportunity to photograph this growing little girl. She is so amazing, so full of life and sure loves her mom and dad.

We are so sad to see this little family go. They have been great friends to us for the last four years but are embarking on a new adventure in their lives. We sure will miss you and the cute kids you make. Best of luck Dr. Jones!
